cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Exchange Grace:
Unhappy with your pick? Worry not! Within 48 hours, swap for a new piece in case of damage, wrong item, or size hiccup.
Kindly note that our custom embroidery pieces are carefully crafted to meet your individual needs and preferences, making them unique to you. As such, we are unable to accommodate exchanges, but we're confident you'll treasure your one-of-a-kind creation!
Eligibility Criteria:
Return in original condition.
Tags intact, unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Packaging materials should be intact.
Time Ticking:
Act within 48 hours for an exchange.
After this grace period, no exchanges possible.
Cost Clarification:
Rhinocult covers shipping if it’s our mistake.
Size exchanges or any other things which are not covered above? Shipping’s on you.
Cancellation Symphony:
Cancel within 2 working days.
Post confirmation from our production team via email or phone-call, no cancellations.

Once approved (usually within 10 days), your new item is on its way! If any conditions from the above are not fulfilled, we will not be able to approve your exchange
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
